Great work by Infinity/Comcast.

 






My access to the internet went dead on Thursday.  Try as I could (following technical suggestions) I could not set matters right)

On Friday morning I called the Comcast help line. 

HELP WAS THE WORD  

YES YES 

The technician on line was utterly cool.  She ran various tests which revealed that the input signal was utterly weak.

It was my lucky day. She told me that an in home service call would be possible within the next ninety minutes.  

As it happens the techies arrived at my home within the hour.   They worked for forty minutes or so and set things right.  A new modem did the trick

SERVICE WITH A SMILE ON THE 'PHONE,  AND IN MY HOME

OLE TIME!
