Matters of Furniture

 Some will remember that my recliner collapsed under me in the dark of the night.

I purchased it at the Sarasota store of Matter Brothers. It collapsed under me about ten nights ago.

After one dead end (because I'd received an incorrect 'phone# from the Matters Sun City office). 

I was told that the number was incorrect when I visited the store on Clark Rd SRQ this afternoon. I was given the correct number

That being sorted I was "chuffed" to learn that the recliner will be repaired under warranty next week.

Matter Bros. is, let's say, pricey.

Their customer service is a bargain.
