May 18th Cooper was a rascal and scamp at the Park
As is usual Cooper decided that he would not leave the Dog Park until he was good and ready.
I pulled my old trick and went to the gates and opened them. I knew that he would came racing down "oh dear Papa is leaving without me".
But in a defiant (or playful) mood he gave me the finger. Instead of coming to Papa he chased a vehicle as it was being driven away from the Park.
My calls were unheeded. Out he went on the Dog Park driveway, and down the street.
I jumped into my car, drove out leaving a cloud of dust, and on to the street.
There he was sitting on the grass verge, in the assurance that Papa would "rescue him"
RASCAL SCAMP
HE GAVE HIS DEAR OLD PAPA A SCARE,

Earlier he'd had a whale of a time play fighting.
