Cream of Baked Potato Soup

 I bought some Panera Bread Baked Potato soup.

'Twas just O.K.

I knew I could do better.

Ingredients were 

Mire Poix (cooked in Olive Oil.)

Turmeric

Whipping Cream

Two Russett potatoes

One Baked, added to the pot and blended

Another Baked, cut into small pieces, not blended, but cut into small pieces to add texture.
